01. Inquire
Tell us about your event: the date, venue, and vision. Send inspiration if you have it, or let us guide you from scratch.
02. Design
We'll design a floor concept built around your colors, monogram, or theme, so the design is custom to you and your event.
03. Confirm
Once the design is approved, we lock in your date and finalize the details of size, layout, and any final touches.
04. Install
Our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown on the day of, working seamlessly within your venue's timeline. You show up, and the floor is ready.

Do you handle installation and removal?
Yes. Our team handles both the professional installation and removal of your custom dance floor graphics. We coordinate installation timing with your venue and planning team to ensure everything is ready before guests enter the space.
How much time do you need for installation?
We require a minimum of **90 minutes for installation**, regardless of dance floor size. If your dance floor is being installed during a room flip, please make sure at least 90 minutes is built into the event timeline specifically for installation.
Larger or more intricate installations may require additional time.Do you design the dance floor graphics?
Yes! Custom graphic design is available in-house for an additional fee.
If you already have a stationery designer or graphic designer, we are also happy to work directly with their artwork at no additional design fee. You can also send us inspiration, monograms, invitations, patterns, branding, or other creative elements you would like incorporated into the design.Can my stationery or graphic designer create the artwork?
Absolutely. We love collaborating with other creatives. Your designer can provide the completed artwork directly to us, and we will make sure the file is properly prepared for production.
Final artwork must be high-resolution, print-ready, and received no later than 14 days prior to your event.
A final proof will be provided for approval before production.What if my dance floor has a border or trim?
Do you provide the actual dance floor?
We specialize in the custom graphic surface and installation and do not stock rental dance floors in-house.
If your venue requires a temporary dance floor, we can help source one through one of our rental partners or work directly with the rental company you or your planner have selected.Does the graphic have to be installed on a rented dance floor?
Not always. Depending on your venue and the existing flooring surface, we may be able to install directly onto the venue's floor.
Some venues require a rented dance floor or protective surface before vinyl graphics can be installed, so we always recommend confirming your venue's requirements before booking.What material do you use?
Every installation is evaluated individually so we can select the appropriate professional-grade material for the surface and environment.
Our priority is creating a dance floor that looks beautiful while also performing throughout your event. Materials are selected with dancing, footwear, spills, durability, removal, and guest safety in mind.
When properly installed on an approved surface, our dance floor material is designed for clean removal without leaving adhesive residue.How do I reserve my date?
A signed contract and $500 non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your event date.
Once your date is secured, we begin the artwork and production process. You can provide completed artwork from your designer or work with our team to create something custom.How much does a custom dance floor cost?
