I'm driven by what I call radical hospitality which is the conviction that every single person in the room deserves to feel thought of, expected, and genuinely welcomed.

Today, as founder and creative director of SOLEIL, I lead a studio built entirely on exhilaration and hospitality. It's why every Soleil event feels one-of-a-kind, because "done before" isn't in my vocabulary.
